- S Controlled draft potentiometer
- A Lift control lever
4.9.1.1 Raise/Lower with floating action
Floating mode release the lift links completely allowing the implement to follow
ground contour. Normally used with furrow opening ploughs, cultivators and any
other implement that has to follow ground contour.
Controls:
- P turned all the way to its (-) minus position.
- S turned all the way to its (-) minus position.
- A:
Position 0 - Lever in middle position. The lift is in neutral. The implement will
hold at its current position.
Position 1 - Lever lowered. The implement will lower until it rests against the
ground. In this position, the implement will be against the ground and follow
its contour.
Position 2 - Lever raised. The implement will be raised as long as the lever is
held upwards. When the maximum height is reached, a limit switch stops lift
raise. When the lever is released, it will automatically reset to position "0"
(neutral).
Regulating lift raise/lower speed
Oil volume n.26 fig.1 regulator is used to regulate lift raise/lower speed.
• Turn the knob clockwise to decrease lift raise/lower speed.
• Turn the knob counter-clockwise to increase lift lower/raise speed.
4.9.1.2 Controlled position
The operating mode is ideal for jobs that require constant implement position in
or out of the soil (drilling, bulldozing, trailer manure spreader, side rake, side or
rear mower, etc.).
Controls:
- P Allows the implement to be set at the required height.
Lower lever A to position 1, turn potentiometer P until the implement reaches
the required height. Turn it towards the sign:
(-) minus: the implement will be lowered; towards (+) plus, the implement will
be raised. After regulating the position, operate the lift with lever A. When it
lowers, the implement will be positioned at the setting given previously.
- S Turned completely to position (-) minus.
- A:
Position 0 - Lever at middle position. The lift is in its neutral position. The
implement stays in the position it is in.
Position 1 - Lever lowered. The implement lowers to the set position.
Position 2 - Lever raised. The implement will raise as long as the lever is
raised. Once this maximum position is reached, a limit stop switch will stop
the lift. When released, the lever will automatically reset to its neutral position
