CTP sensor has been triggered :
a) Turn off the motor and remove the cause of the problem. If the motor is still jammed, reattach
the motor and the pump or replace them.
b) Retighten all the terminals' screws.
c) Check all the fuses. Replace them if necessary.
d) Consult us.
e) Set the flow valve to the minimum flow rate.
f) Set the circuit breaker-guard to the correction nominal current written on the identification
plate.
g) Move the circuit breaker-guard or protect it with thermal insulation.
h) Check that the motor and the fan cover do not contain impurities, clean them if necessary,
check the ambient temperature, and, if required, bring it back up to 40°C through forced
ventilation. Check the motor coupling.
a) Check the rotation direction and change it if necessary.
b) Slowly open the valve.
c) Check the motor's start-up setting (Y instead of Δ).
d) Remove the air inlets at the flanges and drain.
a) Increase the suction pressure, comply with the minimum suction pressure at the suction flange,
check the outlet side valves and filters, cleaning them if necessary.
b) Have the pumps checked, and repaired if necessary, by the after sales service department.
c) Check, and, if necessary, clean the plane surfaces and the centerings between the housing
and the motor, and between the housing and the pump volutes.
Check the coupling device and shaft's contact surfaces, cleaning and lightly oiling them if
necessary.
When ordering replacement parts you must provide all the
