Service Port Software

1. General information about Service Port Software
Additional parameters can be added to certain functions via the Service Port (PC interface) with the appropriate Service
Port configuration software as well as a USB connecting cable*. The functions are dependent on the PC software version
and the ventilation control panel firmware.
To alter a configuration via the service port interface the
Service port USB cable must be connected to the
SHEcontrol panel type TRZ Plus or Compact control panel
2A and the PC. Before configuration, both the Service Port
Software and also, where relevant, any further drive files for
the connection cable must be installed and working
See relevant software installation instructions. The SHE control panel should be connected to mains voltage during
configuration. From version 01.04.00 onwards the control panel type TRZ Plus or Compact control panel 2A can be con-
figured via the Service Port Software.
After starting the Service Port Software and clicking the
"Search" button, the configuration screen is automatically
launched. This interface is also used for the
configuration of the compact control panel 2A and 2A / M.
The existing configuration of the TRZ Plus can be read by
clicking the "Read" button. The "Write" button can be used
to transfer the amended parameters and configuration data.
The „Default" button restores the original Restore factory
settings.
On the Configuration page the current factory setting
"Ventilation close automatic",
"Ventilation lift limit actuator",
"Pole change Time"and" DIP
switch setting "is displayed.
If a fault message
present,it is displayed in the field
"Error"
On the info page are
details of the SHE control system
for example, the series no. or the
software version displayed.
