before you start with the training.
In cases of a known hypersensitivity and allergies to one
of the named ingredients, you should not use the aids or
only use them after consultation with a doctor.
If you are a virgin, you should not use the pelvic floor trai-
ning aids.
The wearing of cervical caps, contraceptive rings, dia-
phragms or intrauterine devices during training are pos-
sible. However, you must check the correct positioning
before and after each training session. If in doubt only use
after consultation with a doctor.
Please consult your doctor if your symptoms worsen or do
not improve after 6 to 8 weeks of active training.
Do not use steam sterilisation, dry heat sterilisation or bo-
iling to clean the aids as this can lead to distortion of the
material.
8. Storage and service life
There are no special considerations.
9. Cleaning and disposal
Clean the training aids after each use with warm water and
soap or disinfect the cone with a commercially available skin
disinfectant.
Before being used again, any possible soap residue or disin-
fectants should be thoroughly rinsed off the training aids with
water.
