Four different weights in the kit enable you to increase active
exercise intensity. The training weight is increased if the mus-
cles can hold a cone with ease. In this way a huge increase can
be achieved from the lightest to the heaviest weight. An active
training with pelvic floor training aids makes sense for women
of all ages. It is used during pregnancy and after birth to prevent
weaknesses of the pelvic floor and facilitate regeneration. In
addition, it is ideal for reducing, eliminating and preventing uri-
nary incontinence (due to load/stress incontinence) in women,
particularly during the climacteric period and menopause.
6. Usage
1. Thoroughly wash the ELANEE Pelvic Floor Training Aids
prior to initial usage and ensure clean conditions (e.g. wash
hands).
2. Test to see which cone you will use to start your workout: To
do this, take the yellow (lightest) cone and insert it slowly,
completely and deeply about 3-4 cm into the vagina as you
would normally insert a tampon.
If you can hold the yellow cone for 10 minutes while standing

and walking, you can use the next heaviest cone (blue). If
not, please continue with point 3!
If you can also hold the blue cone for 10 minutes, take the

next weight, etc.
3. You complete the training with the cones by merely in-
creasing the carrying time until the cone being used
can be held twice daily for over 10 minutes while
standing and walking, for several days in succession.
