4. After a few weeks of daily training with the ELANEE Pelvic
Floor Training Aids you will have learnt to feel the pelvic flo-
or muscles without the use of cones. However, occasional
practice with the help of the cones is still recommended.
5. In order to maintain the newly developed muscles and con-
tinue the training, we recommend long-term training with the
ELANEE Pelvic Floor Training Aids - Phase II.
Tip: The application of lubricant is particularly helpful when trai-
ning with the ELANEE Pelvic Floor Training Aids if your vagina
is dry.
7. Safety Safety Information
Thoroughly clean the ELANEE Pelvic Floor Training Aids
both prior to initial usage and after every application and
ensure clean conditions (e.g. wash hands).
Please check your training aids before initial usage. Use
only your cones if they are in perfect condition. If the trai-
ning aid is scratched or otherwise damaged this can cause
injury.
In cases of vaginal infections, inflammations, injury or
painful complaints in the genital area and during menstru-
ation or a problematic pregnancy, you should avoid using
the Pelvic Floor Training Aids.
When other complaints (such as a dropping of the pelvic
organs) exist, you should have other causes than a we-
akness of the pelvic floor ruled out in advance by a doctor
