Possible alternative: manual cleaning
with chemical disinfection
• Place the single parts of the nebuliser
handset in a 0.5% solution of Bodedex
forte for 5 minutes.
• Then place the parts in a 4% solution of
®
Korsolex extra disinfectant for
15 minutes.
• Then thoroughly rinse the nebuliser
handset parts under warm running
water and leave them to dry completely
on a clean, dry and absorbent surface
(for at least 4 hours).
CAUTION:
Moisture promotes the growth of bacte-
ria. Please ensure adequate drying after
every disinfection.

® Clean the housing surface of the controller
and the cable as necessary with a clean,
damp cloth.
NOTE:
Do not hold the controller under running
water and do not use liquid cleaning
agents. If liquid gets into the controller, the
electronics may be damaged and the con-
troller might not work properly any more.
If liquid does get into the controller,
contact your service partner.

Storage

Between applications, particularly during
longer breaks in use, keep the nebuliser
handset in a dry, dust-free place.
Pack the controller, power adapter and
connection cord in the case provided for
this purpose.
NOTE:
Leaking batteries can damage the control-
ler. Therefore, take the (rechargeable)
batteries out of the controller if you do not
intend to use the nebuliser system for a
longer period.
