If you are not able to clear an error message with the aid of the
table below, you should have the device repaired by your
authorized dealer. To avoid serious damage, do not continue using
the device.
Cause
Contact problem or defective
prismaCONNECT module.
The Ethernet cable is
defective or not connected.
IP address is configured
incorrectly.
Firewall is blocking
packages.
Remedy
Remove prismaCONNECT and then
reconnect (see 4.2, p. 36),
p. 34).
If the fault persists: Have the
prismaCONNECT module replaced.
Replace the Ethernet cable.
Check the current IP address on the
therapy device's display.
If the IP address is not correct, correct
the settings (see 4.1, p.
Enable UDP and TCP ports 51337 and
51338.
