You can control the therapy device remotely via the IT network and
transfer data from the therapy device to a PC.
The prismaCONNECT module can be integrated into an IT network
to create a connection between the therapy device and a PC. The
network must provide the following properties:
• the UDP and TCP ports 51337 and 51338 must be enabled and
must not be blocked by a firewall.
• the UDP protocol is required for automatic identification of the
devices in the network; the data exchange then takes place via
the TCP protocol.
If the IT network fails, you can continue to control the therapy
device via the display and transfer data via the SD card or the USB
port. This means that failure of the IT network does not result in
dangerous situations.
