Stow Away
To shorten your Rower for storage, first roll the Seat (85) all the way forward and follow the instruction on the
Knob (90) to adjust it then shorten Sliding seat frame (98) as shown in figure A & B.
Body Positioning
For proper form when using your rower begin with your knees bent in a seated position. Lean forward slightly
with your arms outstretched and grip the handlebar as shown in figure A. In a smooth, fluid motion, extend
back, pushing out with your legs while pulling your arms into your chest as shown in figure B. To avoid injury
keep from locking your knees or leaning back too far. Return to the starting position.
Comment
There are two rollers equipped on the front foot. For moving, you can lift up the rear foot and drive it to where
you would like to locate or store it.
Warning
Safety of the equipment can be maintained only if the equipment is inspected regularly for damage or wear.
