Ensure that the connection cables hang freely. If there
is a drawer underneath the hob, make sure that the
contents do not project above the edge of the drawer
and interfere with the ventilation.

Fit a protective plate between the oven and the
hob. The plate should be at least 10 mm thick
and heat-resistant (85 °C). The space between
the underside of the hob and the protective plate
must be at least 50 mm.
To protect the air flow, fit a protective panel - of
the same material as the protective plate -
between the protective plate and the hob.
Ventilation is via the adjoining cupboards.
fitting the connection cable
1.
Open the cover of the junction box with a
screwdriver.
2.
Fit the connection cable and make the correct
connections using the bridges supplied (see wiring
diagram). Inside the lid of the connector block, you
will find an illustration showing how to make the
connections with the bridges.
3.
Fasten the cable with the strain relief and close the
cover.
If you wish to make a fixed connection, the plug
should be fitted with a multipolar isolating switch with
a minimum contact gap of 3 mm.
