Installation and Operation Manual
Important notice:
An emergency stop should be acknowledged in
every case with an internal call signal (reset button).
cegard/Lift offers three different options after quitting
the emergency status through the action of an inter-
nal call signal while the light curtain is free:
(internal jumper, see section 6.7)
1. Latch_Out (Riegel_Out) drops out with a
delay of 2.5 seconds after an internal call
signal
(Innenruf)
(Riegel_Out)
Latch_In (Riegel_In) is high during these
2.5 seconds.
2. As with '1.', but with a 10 second delay.
3. Works adjustment:
Latch_Out (Riegel_Out) remains active af-
ter an internal call signal occurs (door
locked). The elevator should travel to an-
other floor through an internal call signal
(maximum time 10 min).

Two cegard/Lift versions are available to provide the
Latch_Out (Riegel_Out) output for different eleva-
tor types:
Version LX (latch contactor)
A power contactor is connected in series to the
Latch_Out (Riegel_Out) output in this version. This
can directly actuate three-phase latch motors (see
also section 5.1).
Version LY (rectifier)
A rectifier module is connected in series to the
Latch_Out (Riegel_Out) output in this version. This
if
can directly actuate a D.C. latch solenoid (from 180
VDC) (see also section 5.2).
