Safety and operating instructions
• The safety and operating instructions for Solamagic heaters remain valid in
their entirety after the addition and operation of the expansion components.
You must observe these instructions prior to starting installation of the expan-
sion set. If you do not have the installation manual, contact your dealer.
• Carefully read through the instruction manual prior to installation and store the
manual safely.
• Installation tasks must be properly carried out by a qualified person in ac-
cordance with VDE 0100 installation instructions.
• When carrying out any work on the electrical system, always switch to a zero-
volts state (pull out the plug, circuit-breaker off).
• Switch the devices on only after all cables have been fully connected.
• To operate the device, you need the Solamagic FUS 6 wireless remote control
which can be purchased from your distributor.
• Do not operate the wireless remote control together with inductive loads (fluo-
rescent lamps, discharge lamps, fans, etc.) in the same electrical circuit.¬¬
• Use of other components with a wireless-signal interface (e.g. wireless PC
mouse and keyboard) can result in faulty operation of the wireless receiver.
Switch off all other wireless components, particularly when programming.
• If damage to the Solamagic components occurs (e.g. supply cable, power
pack, etc.) switch the device to a zero-volts state. Repair or maintenance work
may only be performed by the manufacturer or a comparable trained person.
• Devices rated IP44 are approved for indoor and outdoor use.
