6. CONFIGURING THE ELECTRONIC BOARD

Once all the hydraulic and electric connections have been completed, the electronic board must be configured by means
of the button "Pcnf "on the electric box (Figure 3).
Configuration is necessary to enable the electronic board to recognise the peripherals used (e.g. external probe, three-
way valve, NTC probe, etc.).
IMPORTANT: this operation must be performed during the first installation or when making a change (e.g. connecting the
external probe).
When switching on this accessory for the first time or after having disconnected and restored the electric power
supply (pressing the ON/OFF key - Figure 3), the electronic board RESETS the mixing valve for a period of 3 minu-
tes, ignoring any request for heat.
During this waiting time the leds: L-ON, L-CLOSE and LF are lit.
The indications for the correct configuration procedure are given below :
1) Press and hold down the configuration button "Pcnf" for about 5 seconds until the leds LD-LE-LF flash intermitten-
tly.
2) Release the button;
3) Within 3 seconds press and hold down the configuration button again for about 5 seconds until the leds LD-LE-LF are
lit with a fixed light.
4) Release the button. At this point configuration is ended, on the screen the leds LD, LF, L CLOSE should be lit with a
fixed light.
Note: if the external probe is present, the led LE should also be lit.
5) Within 3 seconds press and immediately release the configuration button to store it and leave configuration mode.
