■ Use only genuine SATA accessories and replacement parts.
■ The connected hoses and lines must reliably withstand the expected
thermal, chemical and mechanical load requirements during operation.
■ Disconnecting pressurized hoses can cause them to move in a whip-
like manner, resulting in injuries. Always bleed the hoses completely
before removal.
Cleaning
■ Never clean the paint spray gun with cleaning media that contain acids
or lye.
■ Never use halogenated hydrocarbon based cleaning media.
Operating site
■ Always keep the paint spray gun away from ignition sources, such as
open flames, burning cigarettes or equipment that is not explosion
proof.
■ Use paint spray gun only in well ventilated areas.
General
■ Never point the paint spray gun at animals (including humans).
■ Comply with local regulations concerning safety, accident prevention,
occupational safety and environmental protection.
■ Observe accident prevention regulations.
3. Intended Use
The paint spray gun is intended for the application of paint and varnish as
well as other suitable, fluid materials on suitable substrates.
4. Description
The compressed air required for painting is fed to the compressed air
connection. Squeezing the trigger as far as the first pressure point ac-
tivates pre-air control. When the trigger is squeezed further, the paint
needle is pulled out of the paint nozzle. The spraying medium then flows
unpressurized out of the paint nozzle and is atomized by the compressed
air flowing from the air nozzle.
