EVACUATION DES CONDENSATS
- Pour
assurer
une
évacuation
condensats, la pente descendante devra
être de 1 cm par mètre sans étranglement ni
passage montant (Fig. 12).
Par ailleurs un siphon d'une hauteur d'au
moins 50 mm doit être aménagée pour éviter
de mauvaises odeurs dans la pièce.
- Installer une pompe auxilliaire d'évacuation
des condensats et un régulateur de niveau
s'il est nécessaire d'évacuer les condensats
à une hauteur supérieure à celle du caisson.
Il est conseillé d'installer un modèle d'appareil
pourvu d'un flotteur de sécurité arrêtant le
compresseur au cas où la pompe auxiliaire
serait endommagée.
- Le tube d'évacuation des condensats doit
être calorifugé avec une épaisseur de 5 à 10
mm avec une matière isolante, telle que le
polyuréthane, le propylène ou le néoprène,
évitant la condensation.
- Si plusieurs caissons sont placés dans la
pièce, le système d'évacuation peut-être
conçu comme il est indiqué dans Fig. 13.

EXTERIEURE
- Dégagement min. à prévoir (en mm) (Fig.
14):
- Eviter le recyclage de l'air même partiel entre
l'aspiration et le soufflage de l'air.
Fixation au sol :
- L'unité extérieure est prévue pour être fixée
directement au sol par 4 trous Ø 10 (Voir Fig.
encombrements).
- Dans certains cas, des supports élastiques
peuvent être interposés sous les pieds (réf. :
PAULSTRA N° 520027 ou similaires).
Accrochage mural :
- L'unité extérieure s'accroche au mur avec
une chaise murale (accessoire sauf GC45FA
/ RCFA).
- Dans tous les cas, la côte A entre le mur et
l'aspiration arrière du condenseur devra être
respectée(voir Fig.14).

obtain
correct
condensates, the slope downwards should
be 1 cm per meter without any bottleneck
nor passage upwards (FIG.12). Furthermore
a siphon of at least 50 mm high should be
mounted to avoid bad smells in the room.
- Install an auxiliary pump to drain condensates
and a levelcontroller if the condensates are
to be drained at a higher level than the unit.
It is recommended to install an appliance
equipped with a safety floater to stop the
compressor in case the auxiliary pump is
damaged.
- The drainpipe of condensates should be
heat insulated with insulating material 5 to
10 mm thick, such as polyurethane,
propylane
or
condensation.
- If several units are placed in the room , the
draining system can be made as indicated
in Figure 13.

Installation on the floor
- The outdoor unit is supposed to be fixed
directly on the floor: 4 holes Ø 10 (see
dimensional drawing).
- In some cases the elastic sustainers can be
interposed under the feet (ref.PAULSTRA
No.520027 or similar)
Wall mounted
- The unit can be hung on the wall with a wall
bracket (accessory exept GC45FA/RCFA).
- In any case the distance A between the wall
and the rear suction of the condenser should
be respected (see Fig.14).
KONDENSATABFLUSS

- Die Ableitung des Kondenswassers erfordert
ein Gefälle von 1 cm pro Meter ohne
Verengungen oder Steigungen (Abb. 12).
Um Geruchsbelästigungen im Raum zu
vermeiden, ist ein mindestens 50 mm hoher
Flüssigkeitsabscheider erforderlich.
- Erfolgt der Kondenswasserabfluß zu einer
höher als das Gerät gelegenen Stelle, sind
eine zusätzliche Kondensatpumpe und ein
Wasserstandsregler erforderlich.
Vorzuziehen
Sicherheitsschwimmer, so daß bei einem
Versagen der Zusatzpumpe der Kompressor
abgeschaltet wird.
- Das Kondensatabflußrohr muß durch eine 5
bis 10 mm dicke Wärmedämmung (z.B. aus
Polyurethan, Propylen oder Neopren) gegen
neoprene,
avoiding
Kondensation geschützt werden.
- Befinden sich mehrere Klimageräte im
Raum, ist das in Abb. 13 gezeigte
Abflußsystem empfehlenswert.

- Jeder auch nur teilweise Luftaustausch
zwischen Ansaug und Ausblas muß
vermieden werden.
Bodenbefestigung :
- Die Außeneinheit kann mit Hilfe von 4
Löchern (Ø 10) direkt am Boden befestigt
werden (Siehe Abb. Maße).
- In einigen Fällen können unter den Füßen
elastische Unterlagen angebracht werden
(Modell 520027 von PAULSTRA o.ä).
Wandbefestigung :
- Die Außeneinheit wird auf einer Konsole
(Zubehör außer GC45FA/RCFA) an der Wand
befestigt.
- Grundsätzlich muß zwischen Wand und
hinterem Ansaug der Verflüssigereinheit je
nach Außentemperatur der Abstand A
eingehalten werden (siehe Abb.14).
