INSTALLATION DE L'UNITE
INTERIEURE
- Marquer la position de chaque tige de
support, des liaisons frigorifiques, du tube
d'évacuation des condensats des fils
électriques d'alimentation et du câble de la
commande à distance (voir les dimensions
Fig. 1). Les tringles de support peuvent être
fixées en fonction du type de plafond comme
indiqué dans Fig. 5.
- Fixer les cornières de support, fournie avec
le caisson, sur les tiges filetées (Fig. 6),
préconiser Ø 6 max. Ø 8, en prenant soin de
les éloigner du faux plafond de 270 mm ou
107 mm (Fig. 7) dans le cas du montage
des cornières en partie basse, dégager la
mousse isolante autour des écrous de
fixation (Fig. 3).
La possibilité de réglage des cornières à
différentes hauteurs laisse le choix à
l'installateur de fixer les cornières en partie
haute ou en partie basse de la cassette (Fig.
3). La fixation des cornières en partie basse
offre un montage plus souple.
Ne serrer pas les écrous, ni les contre-écrous,
cette opération doit être effectuée seulement
après avoir placé le caisson dans sa position
horizontale définitive, lorsque toutes les
connexions ont été réalisées.
- Lever le caisson (sans le cadre) avec soin
par les quatre angles.
- Introduiser le caisson dans le faux plafond.
- Pour faciliter le montage, on peut effectuer
un démontage du boîtier électrique en retirant
les 2 vis de fixation, et en débranchant les
connecteurs multipoints (connecteur 15
points pour le branchement principal,
connecteur 12 points pour le chauffage
électrique) et petit connecteur pour
l'infrarouge (Fig. 8).
Engager votre cassette, brancher le ou les
connecteurs multipoints et refixer le boîtier
électrique avec les 2 vis une fois que l'appareil
est en position définitive.
- Mettre les vis de fixation des cornières (Fig.9).
Au cas où le faux plafond est à 300 mm du
plafond (hauteur minimum autorisée) il peut
être nécessaire d'enlever temporairement
quelques supports en T du faux plafond.
- Positionner le caisson avec un niveau et
garder 10 mm entre le châssis en tôle et le
faux plafond.
- Serrer d'abord les boulons de fixation sur le
côté (Fig. 10), puis les écrous et contre-
écrous des tiges filetées (Fig. 11). Après mise
en place des amortisseurs caoutchouc.
- Vérifier à nouveau l'horizontalité du caisson
après avoir connecté le tube d'évacuation
des condensats et les liaisons frigorifiques.
INSTALLATION OF THE INDOOR UNIT
- Mark the position of each supporting rod,
cooling pipes, drainpipe of condensates,
wires of power supply and cable of remote
control (see dimensions FIG.1).
The supporting rods can be fixed, depending
on the type of ceiling, as indicated on FIG.5.
- Fix the angle brackets provided with the unit,
on the threaded rods (Fig.6), we recommend
Ø6, max.Ø8, and keep them away from the
ceiling at a distance of 270mm or 107mm
(Fig.7); in case the brackets are assembled
at the lower part, remove the insulating foam
around the fixing nuts (Fig.3).
The possibility to adjust the bracket at
different heights leaves the feeter free to fix
them at the upper or lower part of the cassette
(Fig.3). Fixing the brackets at the lower part
offers an easier assembly.
Do not tighten the nuts, nor the counter-
nuts, this should only be done after having
made all connections and placed the unit in
its final horizontal position.
- Lift the unit (without the frame) carefully by
picking it up at the four corners.
- Place the unit in the false ceiling.
- To make the assembly easier the electrical
box can be disassembled by removing 2
screws, and disconnect the multipoints
connectors (15 pts connector for the main
connection, 12 pts connector for the electric
heating) and small connector for the infra-
red (Fig.8).
Fix the cassette, connect the multipoints
connectors, place the cassette into is final
position and reset the electric box with 2
screws
- Fix the screws to fix the corner irons (FIG.9)
In case the false ceiling is 300 mm distant
from the ceiling (minimum height admitted) it
may be necessary to remove temporarily a
few T-shaped rods from the false ceiling.
- Position the unit with a level and keep 10mm
between the sheet metal body and the false
ceiling .
- Position the unit on the supporting rods of
the false ceiling by btightening first the bolts
on the side (FIG.10), then the nuts and
counter-nuts of the threaded rods (FIG.11).
Finally place the rubber shock absorbers.
- Check once more that the unit is in a
horizontal position after connection of the
drainpipe of condensates and the cooling
pipes.

INSTALLATION DER INNENEINHEIT
- Markieren Sie die Lage von Haltestangen,
Kältemittelleitungen, Kondensatabflußrohr,
Stromleitungen und Fernbedienungsschnur
(Abmessungen siehe Abb. 1).
Die Haltestangen können je nach Art der
Decke wie in Abb. 5 gezeigt angebracht
werden.
- Befestigen Sie die mitgelieferten Profile an
den Gewindestiften (Ø 6, max. Ø 8) (Abb. 6)
und achten Sie dabei darauf, daß zur
Zwischendecke ein Abstand von 270 mm
bzw. 107 mm eingehalten wird (Abb. 7).
Werden die Profile im unteren Teil
angebracht, muß der Isolierschaum um die
Befestigungsmuttern herum entfernt werden
(Abb. 3).
Da die Profile höhenverstellbar sind, können
sie wahlweise im Ober- oder Unterteil der
Kassette angebracht werden (Abb. 3), wobei
letztere Lösung flexibler ist.
Muttern und Gegenmuttern ziehen Sie bitte
erst an, wenn alle Anschlüsse hergestellt sind
und das Gerät sich in seiner endgültigen,
waagerechten Lage befindet.
- Inneneinheit (ohne Rahmen) vorsichtig an
den vier Ecken anheben.
- Das Gerät in die Zwischendecke einführen.
- Um den Einbau zu erleichtern, kann der
Schaltkasten durch Entfernen der 2
Befestigungsschrauben abgenommen und
der 15-polige Stecker (Netzanschluß), der
12-polige Stecker (Elektroheizung), sowie der
kleine IR-Stecker abgekoppelt werden
(Abb.8).
Sobald sich das Klimagerät in der richtigen
Stellung befindet, den bzw. die Stecker
wieder anschließen und den Schaltkasten
mit den 2 Schrauben befestigen.
- Profile mit den dafür bestimmten Schrauben
befestigen (Abb. 9). Ist die Zwischendecke
300 mm von der Decke entfernt (zulässiger
Mindestabstand), müssen eventuell einige
T-Profile der Zwischendecke vorübergehend
entfernt werden.
- Passen Sie das Gerät mit Hilfe einer
Wasserwaage ein und halten Sie dabei
zwischen
Blechverkleidung
Zwischendecke einen Abstand von 10 mm
ein.
- Ziehen Sie nach dem Anbringen der
Gummidämpfer zunächst die seitlichen
Befestigungsschrauben (Abb. 10), dann die
Muttern und Gegenmuttern der Gewindestifte
(Abb. 11) an.
- Prüfen Sie nach dem Anschließen des
Kondensatabflußrohrs
Kältemittelleitungen erneut die waagerechte
Lage des Gerätes.
