RACCORDEMENTS FRIGORIFIQUES
- Vérifier, à l'aide d'un détecteur approprié, la
bonne étanchéité des liaisons frigorifiques,
notamment au niveau des vannes de
raccordement de l'unité extérieure. Vérifier
le parfait calorifugeage des tubes.
TRAVERSEE D'UNE PAROI
- Vérifier l'étanchéité du passage des liaisons
dans le cas de la traversée d'une paroi
donnant sur l'extérieur. Contrôler l'absence
de contact direct entre les tubes de liaisons
et la paroi traversée.
FIXATION
- Vérifier la bonne fixation de l'unité intérieure
et de l'unité extérieure. Reposer les éléments
déposés précédemment.
ENTRETIEN
- Avant d'intervenir, mettre l'interrupteur général
sur ARRET.
REMPLACEMENT DE L'ENSEMBLE
MOTEUR/TURBINE
- Ouvrir la grille d'aspiration par les verrous
(Fig.32).
- Retirer le filtre à air.
- Retirer la façade par les 4 vis (Fig. 31).
- Retirer les 4 pattes de fixation du bac
polystyrène (2 vis par patte).
- Retirer la sonde de son clip plastique et
déconnecter le câble de l'infrarouge.
- Tirer le plus droit possible le bac polystyrène
vers le bas. (Fig. 40).
- Dévisser la vis centrale de fixation de la
turbine.
- Démonter la turbine
- Déconnecter les fils moteur (repères sur les
fils et sur le connecteur).
- Dévisser les 4 vis du support moteur.
- Remplacer votre moteur.
- Rebrancher votre nouveau moteur en faisant
attention au repère de chaque fil.
- Remonter le support moteur.
- Remonter la turbine.
- Remettre en place le bac polystyrène en
prenant soin de passer la sonde dans le trou
du bac.
- Fixer le bac avec les 4 pattes tôle.
- Remonter la façade, le câble de l'infrarouge,
le filtre à air, et la grille d'aspiration.
- Le filtre à air est en fibre acrylique et peut
être lavé à l'eau. Pour enlever le filtre, il suffit
d'ouvrir
la
grille
d'aspiration
désenclenchant les deux verrous suivant
(Fig.38).
COOLING CONNECTIONS
- Check with an appropriate detector that the
cooling links are hermetic, particularly at the
connecting couplings of the outdoor unit.
Check that the heat insulation of the pipes is
perfect.
CROSSING A WALL
- Check that the passage of the linking pipes
is hermetic, in case they go across an outside
wall. Check that there is no direct contact
between the linking pipes and the wall.
FIXING
- Check that the indoor and outdoor units are
firmly fixed. Install the elements previouly
removed.
MAINTENANCE
- Before servicing, switch the power supply
OFF.
REPLACEMENT OF FAN-MOTOR UNIT
- Open the suction grille by releasing the locks
(Fig. 32)
- Remove the air filter
- Remove the front panel by removing the four
screws (Fig. 31)
- Remove the four polystyrene tray attaching
brackets
- Remove the probe from its plastic clip and
disconnect the infrared remote control unit

- Pull the polystyrene tray out as straight as
possible toward the bottom (Fig. 40)
- Unscrew the central fan attaching screw
- Remove the fan
- Disconnect the motor wires (marking on the
wires and the connector)
- Remove the four motor support screws
- Replace the motor
- Reconnect the new motor, carefully checking
the marking on each wire
- Install the motor support
- Install the fan
- Install the polystyrene tray, being careful to
insert the probe through the hole in the tray
- Attach the tray with the four metal brackets
- Install the front panel, infrared remote control
unit cable, air filter and suction grille
- The air filter is made of acrylic fiber and can
be washed with water. To remove the filter,
simply open the suction grille by releasing
en
the two locks as shown in Figure 38.

KÄLTEMITTELANSCHLÜSSE
- Die Dichtigkeit der Kältemittelleitungen muß,
besonders an den Anschlußkupplungen der
Außeneinheit, mit einem geeigneten
Lecksuchgerät überprüft werden. Weiterhin
ist die ordnungsgemäße Wärmedämmung
der Leitungen zu kontrollieren.
WANDDURCHFÜHRUNGEN
- Bei Wanddurchführungen ins Freie muß
sowohl die Dichtigkeit, als auch die
Abwesenheit direkter Berührungsstellen
zwischen Verbindungsleitungen und Wand
kontrolliert werden.
BEFESTIGUNG
- Prüfen Sie die Befestigungen von Innen- und
Außeneinheit und bringen Sie zuvor evtl.
abgenommene Teile wieder an.
PFLEGE UND WARTUNG
- Vor Wartungsarbeiten stellen Sie bitte
grundsätzlich den Hauptschalter auf AUS.
AUSWECHSELN DES MOTOR-/
VENTILATOR-AGGREGATS
- Ansauggitter entriegeln (Abb. 32).
- Luftfilter herausnehmen.
- Die 4 Schrauben der Frontverkleidung
abschrauben und Frontverkleidung entfernen
(Abb.31).
- Die 4 Befestigungslaschen der Polystyrol-
Kondensatwanne abnehmen (2 Schrauben
pro Lasche).
- Den Meßfühler aus dem Plastikclip ziehen
und das Kabel der IR-Fernbedienung
abkoppeln.
- Die Polystyrol-Kondensatwanne möglichst
gerade nach unten ziehen (Abb. 40).
- Die mittlere Befestigungsschraube des
Radialventilators abschrauben.
- Den Radialventilator demontieren.
- Die
Motorendrähte
(Kennzeichnungen auf Drähten und
Steckverbindung).
- Die 4 Schrauben der Motorhalterung
abschrauben.
- Den Motor auswechseln.
- Den neuen Motor wieder anschließen und
dabei auf die Kennzeichnung der einzelnen
Drähte achten.
- Motorhalterung wieder anbringen.
- Radialventilator wieder montieren.
- Die Kondensatwanne aus Polystyrol wieder
einsetzen und dabei den Meßfühler in die
Wannenöffnung einführen.
- Die
Kondensatwanne
mit
Blechlaschen befestigen.
- Frontverkleidung,
Kabel
Fernbedienung, Luftfilter und Ansauggitter
wieder einbauen.
- Der Luftfilter aus Acrylfaser kann mit Wasser
gewaschen werden. Zum Entfernen des
Filters braucht nur das Ansauggitter durch
Lösen der beiden Riegel geöffnet zu werden
(Abb. 38).
