What to do if...
There is no synchronisation
after installation.
The NTP slave is not set to
the correct time.
There is no DHCP server on
the network.

1) The signal type sent by the master clock is the same as the
clock's signal type (i.e. NTP).
2) The IP address of the server is the same as the clock's web
interface and the receiver.
3) The NTP server is on the same network as the slave
(IP addresses, subnet mask and gateways).
4) The Wi-Fi is connected
1) The time zone selected on the web server is correct.
1) The default network configuration on the clock is as follows:
– IP: Addresses from 169.254.0.1 to 169.254.255.254
– MASK: 255.255.0.0
– GATEWAY: 0.0.0.0
– DNS: 0.0.0.0
1) The Wi-fi parameters are not modofied (SSID, passphrase...
contact the network administrator). Restart the clock (Rst y in the
technician menu.
