Overdosing fault

If the regulator is in the "Permanently On" switching state due to a
control error, a timer starts.
The monitoring for the safety cut-out can be set between 10 and
100 minutes. The safety cut-out can be switched off completely
with the "Off" setting.
When the safety time expires, the Redox button turns red and
indicates "Overdosing". The regulator still remains active and
shows the current value, the dosing pump remains switched off.
The filter pump continues running in the normal program (filter
pump max is ignored). The error message must be ignored under
the events. After acknowledgement, the time starts at "0" and sets
everything to green.
pH overdosing works exactly the same as redox.
