Operation
7.7.1
pH filter pump max control deviation
The control deviation can be set in the pH parameters. The values
are between 0.2 and 2. The function can be deactivated with "Off".
The control deviation is suppressed for 1 minute to avoid
oscillations. If the nominal value is greater than the actual value,
the pH display turns yellow and shows "Limit". The filter pump
switches to stage 3 and the filter pump display shows "Forced-
ON-Stage-3". If the deviation "Off" is selected, the function is
ignored.
7.7.2
Calibration of the pH electrode
A new pH electrode must be calibrated during commissioning.
The electrode must also be calibrated if the measured values drift
during operation. See the manufacturer's specifications for the
general calibration interval, cleaning, life cycle and storage of the
electrodes. When calibrating the electrodes, it is recommended to
switch the filter pump to the "OFF" mode manually. Regulation is
then inactive and there is no uncontrolled dosage.
The calibration can be started under Settings – Service – pH
Calibration.
Follow the instructions on the display to do so.
