ly. To do this, press the spindle lock
(13) and, at the same time, rotate the
clampingflange(10)clockwiseusingthe
wrench (15).
CAUTION! Make sure that the
grinding body has been secured
well, but do not use force to do so!
This can result in a broken grinding
body!
Rotate the grinding body by hand. Make
sure that it is secured and rotates prop-
erly. The grinding body may not wobble.
CAUTION! Allow the grinding
body to cool down before replac
ing it. Risk of burning! Always work
with the disc cover mounted!

Soft starting
The machine has soft start electronics to
gently start the motor without damaging
it. The highest revolutions required to

operate can be achieved after just a few
seconds.
Switching off
ReleasetheOn/Offswitchingmech-
anism (4) and allow the motor of the
device to come to a complete standstill.
CAUTION! Only set the power tool
down after it has come to a standstill.
Test run
CAUTION! Carry out a test run
prior to each use and after each
tool change! Always make sure that
the grinding bodies are in good work
ing order, that they are correctly
mounted and rotate freely. The test run
should last for at least 1 minute.

possible.
• Avoidjoltingtheworkpiece.
CAUTION! Never machine mate
rial containing asbestos.
Separating
Only exert low pressure and no lateral
loads on the separating disk. Adapt the
feed to the material and the revolutions.
Device must operate in counter-motion
(Figure 7) and be positioned at a 90°
angle to the workpiece.
