m) Function "13:MIX", Channel Mixer
The servo movement of one of the three channels can be mixed to another
channel. The mixing rate for the servo travel can be separately set to the left or
the right.
Proceed as follows:
• From within the main menu (see fig. 5) press the "ENTER" button, then you
can use the "+" or "-" buttons to select the "13:MIX" function (fig 76).
• Then press the "ENTER" button again to reach the settings menu (fig 77).
• Press the "ENTER" button several times to select between menu items, then
you can use the "+" or "-" buttons to make the setting as usual.
• In the bottom line you can switch the function "ON" or "OFF".
• Exit the settings menu with the "EXIT" button, the settings are automatically
saved.
How does it work?
In the top line you can select the main channel (see fig 77); either "ST" (Channel 1), "TH" (Channel 2) or "AUX"
(Channel 3).
In the second line you can set the target channel, to which the control impulses from the main channel are to be mixed.
Once again you can select either "ST" (Channel 1), "TH" (Channel 2) or "AUX" (Channel 3).
"L" or "R" indicates the servo travel to the left or right, the values of which can be adjusted separately if required.
Example:
Setting in the MIX menu:
This mixes the servo positioning for the steering servo ("ST") to the servo on Channel 3 ("AUX"). If the steering servo
is set to 40% right and the AUX servo is set to 100% right (without mixing function), then in this case, the setting of the
AUX servo when the mixing function is switched on would be as follows:
50% (R50) of 100% = 50%
30% (R30) of 40% = 12%
Servo setting of the AUX servo = 50% + 12% = 62%
