Diamond and CBN cut-off wheels may have to be dressed to open
up the wheel again and achieve maximum effect after cutting of
ductile materials. This can be done using the following routine:

Mount the cut-off wheel to be dressed.

Clamp the dressing stick in the sample holder and position it
correctly.

The dressing stick has to be in front of the wheel so that the
wheel is cutting slices of the dressing stick.

