4. Trouble-Shooting

Explanation
The machine searches for the initial
reference positions
Accutom-5 was started with the
cover open and did not search for
the reference position
You are trying to start the cutting
process or a dressing while the cover
is open
You have opened the cover during a
cutting process or a dressing
process
You are trying to start two different
processes at the same time
maximum range in the Y-direction.
(max. 105.0 mm)
You try to start a cutting process
when the relative Y-position is larger
than or equal to the Y-stop
The force has exceeded the force
limit (LOW, MEDIUM, HIGH) and the
feed speed is automatically reduced
The feed speed has been reduced to
less than 10% due to the force
exceeding the force limit
 was pressed before a
START
cutting method was selected
The parameter Y-distance is set to a
value larger than the possible
movement of the table
Action
Wait for the search process to finish
Close the cover, wait for the
reference search to finish and press
START 
again
Close the cover and press START 
again
Close the cover and restart the
interrupted process
Wait for the previous process to
finish and try again
Adjust Y-stop position.
Position the specimen holder
correctly and/or change the Y-stop
