Problem
All LEDs are off
LEDs do not light
up orange, but
keep flashing green
LEDs light up red
LEDs flashing red
slowly, 1Hz

Possible cause
No supply voltage
Wiring fault
Cable rupture in the M12
connection cable/connector
High voltage set too low
No signal on the Remote On/Off
input
Output voltage set too high,
arcing on charging bar/electrode
Short circuit between charging
bar/electrode or HV cable and
earth
Supply voltage too low
"Cycle OK" output overloaded
Generator overheated
Solution
Switch on 24 V DC supply
voltage
Locate fault and remedy, see 5.3
Replace M12 cable/connector
Increase output voltage by
increasing setpoint (5.3/6.2)
Connect
24 V DC (±3 V)
"Remote On/Off" input
Reduce output voltage by
reducing setpoint or increasing
distance to earth
Locate short circuit and eliminate
Restore
21–27 V DC
voltage on M12 connector
Eliminate overload (24 V DC >
50 mA).
Check if the ambient temp. is
below 55ºC
to the
supply
