SUNRISE MEDICAL garantiert dieses Produkt für zwei Jahre ab dem Datum auf der Rechnung, der Erhaltsbestätigung
oder dem Lieferschein. Bei Produkten mit Akkus gilt die Garantie auf die Akkus 6 Monate. Diese Garantie umfasst
die zur Reparatur benötigten Ersatzteile, die Arbeit und den Transport.
Um einen Garantieranspruch geltend zu machen, brauchen wir das Produkt sowie den Kaufnachweis zur Feststellung
des Lieferdatums.
Auf Folgendes besteht keine Garantie:
• NORMALER VERSCHLEISS, z.B. an Polsterung, Reifen, inneren Schläuchen, Felgen, Rädern, Stoff usw.
• UNFÄLLE, z.B. verbogene Bauteile, Kratzer, platte Reifen usw.
• UNSACHGEMÄSSE VERWENDUNG und Schäden, die durch die Überschreitung des im Handbuch angegebenen
Benutzerhöchstgewichts verursacht worden sind.
• MANGELNDE WARTUNG und Nichtbefolgung der Anweisungen im Handbuch bezüglich der Verstauung.
• ÄNDERUNGEN oder REPARATUREN, die nicht durch von Sunrise Medical zugelassene Personen ausgeführt
worden sind.
PRODUKTE, BEI DENEN DIE RECHNUNG ODER DIE SERIENNUMMER FEHLT (falls zutreffend).
SUNRISE MEDICAL guarantees this product for two years from the date indicated on the invoice, receipt or delivery
note. For products containing batteries, the battery warranty is 6 months. This warranty covers parts in need of
replacement, labour and transport.
In warranty claims, the user must submit the product and the purchase invoice as proof of delivery date.
This warranty does not cover:
• NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR, e.g. on upholstery, tyres, inner tubes, rims, wheels, fabric, etc.
• ACCIDENTS e.g. bent structures, scratches, flat tyres, etc.
• IMPROPER USE and damage caused by users who weigh more than the weight limit indicated in the user's
manual.
• LACK OF MAINTENANCE and failure to follow the storage instructions in the user's manual.
• MODIFICATIONS or REPAIRS carried out by persons not authorised by Sunrise Medical.
PRODUCTS WITH NO INVOICE OR SERIAL NUMBER (when appropriate).
SUNRISE MEDICAL garantit ce produit pour deux ans à compter de la date de facturation ou la date figurant sur
le reçu ou le bon de livraison. Le cas échéant, la batterie est garantie 6 mois. Cette garantie couvre les pièces de
rechange, la main d'œuvre et le transport.
En cas de réclamation, l'utilisateur doit fournir le produit et la facture comme preuve de date de livraison.
La garantie ne couvre pas :
• L'USURE NORMALE, notamment de la toile, des pneus, des tubes internes, des jantes, des roues, du tissu,
etc.
• LES ACCIDENTS, par exemples les structures, les rayures, les crevaisons, etc.
• LES ABUS et les dommages occasionnés par l'utilisation du produit par une personne dont le poids est supérieur
à la limite indiquée dans le manuel d'utilisation.
• LE MANQUE D'ENTRETIEN et le non-respect des instructions de stockage indiquées dans le manuel
d'utilisation.
• LES MODIFICATIONS ou LES RÉPARATIONS exécutées par un personnel non agrée par Sunrise Medical.
