7. Care and maintenance

Valeo backrest maintenance is essential. By performing the maintenance in the
recommended way, you will maximize its life cycle and ensure its safety of use. Do not
forget to have your backrest checked up by a certified professional at least twice a year.
Eliminate all stains (food and/or biological) as fast as possible.

Backrest
Observe the condition of the aluminum;
Anchors
Make sure the receptacles and the universal
clamps of the backrest are solid;
Make sure the anchor slides and latches work
well.
Laterals
Make sure that the laterals are fastened properly;
Clean up
Clean up the jointing.
