Do not use the pump until you have read the manual.
Observe any safety instructions contained in the manual.

Step-by-Step Instructions
Connect the respective suction line with a back valve to the output connection. In addition, pack all the threaded connections with
Teflon tape.
Filling: Remove the bleed screw on the rear side of the pump and on the pressure line connection. Fill the unit with water until
water is running from the de-aeration hole.
Pack the bleed screw and screw it in again. Tighten the pressure line and connect it.
Plug the pump in.
Caution: Work carefully when connecting the suction and pressure line to the plastic body of the pump so that material does
not split.
Release the bleed screw so that the any air possible trapped in
may escape.
Use the bleed screw to drain the pump.
Factory-adjusted switching pressure should be 3 – 4 bar after
completed filling process.
Preliminary pressure in the receiver (air) is 1,5 ± 0,3 bar and
shall be checked and adjusted on a regular basis.
