4. BRIEF INTRODUCTION

Light Duty Dough Sheeter intended for the sheeting of all sorts of dough such as Cake and
biscuit dough, puff pastry, Rolfondant etc.

There are two stainless steel plates on both side of this machine.
To make the operation easily, we suggest sprinkling some flour on the plate before moulding
the dough.
5. SET-UP

By turning the turning wheel, the dough is rolled out increasingly thinner, depending on the
direction, between the steel rollers, until the desired final thickness is reached.

Use the adjustment lever to set the desired roll-out thickness for the dough or paste.
Setting roller clearances
The desired roll-out thickness can be read on the scale disc, which is selected via the
adjustment lever on the adjustment plate.
6. PREPARATION
Each day, before beginning production with your dough sheeter, check the following:
• Is the machine clean?
• Is the machine placed on a sufficiently sturdy table?
• Check to ensure that top and bottom scrapers are installed properly.
• Are the stainless steel plates in the correct position?
• Has the handle bar on the handle wheel been folded out?
