Programing steps
1 Operating modes
Presetting:
"forward with brake",
Selection:
"forward with brake",
"forward/reserve with brake"
"forward/reverse (rock crawler)"
In the operating mode "forward with brake", the model now moves forward and brakes. This
operating mode is suited for use with racing.
In the operating mode "forward/reverse with brake", the reserve gear can be switched which
enables better manoeuvrability for beginners during training drives.
To switch to reverse gear, move the control level into the brake position until the model stops.
A short release of the brake and renewed "braking" will switch to reserve.
This "double click" prevents accidental switching to reverse.
As soon as the control lever has been put into the "forward" area
past the neutral setting, the motor will immediately move forward again!
As soon as the control lever has been put into the "brakes" area past the neutral setting in
the "forward/reverse" operating mode, the motor will immediately switch to reverse without
braking!
 "Drag brake" setting
Presetting:
0%
Selection:
0%, 5%, 10%, 20%, 40%, 60%, 80%, 100%
With a "drag brake" setting you simulate the internal resistance of a normal brush motor in
neutral, i.e. the model will be braked with the motor in addition to the rolling resistance.
Selection of the interrupting voltage (undervoltage protection)
Presetting:
3.2V/cell
Selection:
no undervoltage protection,
2.6V/cell, 2.8V/cell, 3.0V/cell, 3.2V/cell,
3.4V/cell
This function mainly serves to protection LiPo batteries against deep discharge and can also be
switched off. Please choose a value between 2.6V/cell and 3.4V/cell in six steps. The speed con-
troller constantly monitors the battery voltage. If the voltage for the LiPo battery drops below
the programmed threshold value for more than 2 seconds, the speed controller will reduce the
