WATT – Watt program
• Press the + or ‐ buttons to select CONSTANT WATTS program. Confirm with ENTER.
• You can set the value for watts (WATT) using the + and ‐ keys. Confirm with ENTER.
• Press START / STOP to begin training.
• During training press START / STOP to pause the exercise or terminate.
T.H.R. – Heart Rate Control program
The computer will automatically adjust the resistance to your heart beat.
• Press the + or ‐ keys to select THR program. Confirm with ENTER.
• Select program 55%, 75%, 90% or T.H.R. with the + and ‐ buttons.
55%: Target Heart Rate (target number of heartbeats) = 55% of (220‐AGE)
75%: Target Heart Rate (target number of heartbeats) = 75% of (220‐AGE)
90%: Target Heart Rate (target number of heartbeats) = 90% of (220‐AGE)
• Press START / STOP to begin training. The resistance will increase when your heart rate is lower than
the set value, and decrease if your heart rate is higher than the set value.
• During training press START / STOP to pause the exercise or terminate.
USER – user program
Under user program you can create your own program.
• Press the + or ‐ buttons to select USER program. Confirm with ENTER.
• You can adjust the resistance levels using the + and ‐ keys. Confirm with ENTER.
Note: you cannot store settings under user profile U0. This can only be done under profiles U1 ‐ U4.
• Press START / STOP to begin training.
• During training press START / STOP to pause the exercise or terminate.
RANDOM – random program
• Press the + or ‐ buttons to select RANDOM program. Confirm with ENTER.
• The computer will select a random program. Press START / STOP to begin training.
• During training press START / STOP to pause the exercise or terminate.
RECOVERY – fitness test
• Press the + or ‐ buttons to select RECOVERY program. Confirm with ENTER.
• Place the palms of your hands on the hand pulse sensors on the handlebar for 1 minute.
• After 1 minute the display shows your fitness level to a value of F1 / F6.
