CHOCOLATE, COFFEE, CARAMEL AND VANILLA YOGURT
a)
1 liter cold milk
b)
1 plain yogurt or 1 packet starter culture
c)
3 tablespoons of powder chocolate or coffee, chicory or caramel chips, vanilla extract

Small jars
1.
Place the chocolate in a bowl, slowly add 1/2 cup of slightly warm milk and continue to whip the mixture,
and then add the yogurt or starter culture. Mix well. Pour the rest of the cold milk in while continuing to
beat. Pour the mixture into prepared jars.
2.
Pour water into the inner pot and place jars in the water. Please pay attention to the height of water, do
not let water contaminate the ingredients in jars.
3.
Close the lid and plug in the appliance. Press power button to turn on the appliance. Select "Yogurt"
function, adjust the time and then press "Start/Stop" button to start working. It is suggested to use 8H for
heating.
4.
Take out the jars after finishing the cooking. Let the jars cool down and serve.
Note: With powdered ingredients, we recommend you beat the yogurt with a spoon when eating.
ZEST YOGURT
a)
1 litre cold milk
b)
1 plain yogurt or 1 packet starter culture
c)
1 grated lemon or orange

Small jars

At least one hour before preparing the yogurt (or better yet, the day before), finely grate the zest with a
spice grater and mix into the milk.
2.
When you prepare the yogurt, pour the plain yogurt into a bowl, beat it, and then add the best-favoured
milk slowly. Add sugar to taste. Pour the mixture into prepared jars.
3.
Pour water into the inner pot and place jars in the water. Please pay attention to the height of water, do
not let water contaminate the ingredients in jars.
4.
Close the lid and plug in the appliance. Press power button to turn on the appliance. Select "Yogurt"
function, adjust the time and then press "Start/Stop" button to start working. It is suggested to use 8H for
heating.
5.
Take out the jars after finishing the cooking. Let the jars cool down and serve.
JAM YOGURTS
a)
1 litre cold milk
b)
1 plain yogurt or 1 packet starter culture
c)
4 tablespoons of jam that is not too thick and that has small berries or pieces of fruit: cranberries,
blueberries, rhubarb, ginger, strawberries, orange marmalade.

Mix the jam with a small quantity of milk. Add the yogurt or starter culture. Mix well, then pour in the rest
of the milk and pour this mixture into the jars.

Pour water into the inner pot and place jars in the water. Please pay attention to the height of water, do
not let water contaminate the ingredients in jars.
3.
Close the lid and plug in the appliance. Press power button to turn on the appliance. Select "Yogurt"
function, adjust the time and then press "Start/Stop" button to start working. It is suggested to use 8H for
heating.

IMPORTANT!
When setting time and temperature before cooking you can press and hold "Timer/Temp" for 5 seconds to
switch the temperature unit between "℃" and "℉".
