Add water to the inner pot. Please refer to rice/water measurement chart below. Measurements are
shown by using a standard measuring cup used in normal rice cooker.

Porridge function:
The best proportion of rice and water is 1:6.
It is recommended that do not add water exceed 2/3 of the inner pot.
Yogurt function:
Recipe
STRAWBERRY YOGURT
a)
1 litre cold milk
b)
1 plain yogurt or 1 packet starter culture
c)
10 strawberries
d)
4 tablespoons strawberry syrup

Small jars

Cut the strawberries into cubes. Beat the yogurt in a bowl with a whisk and slowly add the milk and syrup.
Pour the mixture into prepared jars. Distribute the strawberries amongst the jars. You can add a grated
half-zest of a lemon to the milk/yogurt mix.

Alternative: you can also prepare the yogurt in the same way with pieces of pineapple, raspberries,
clementines (six clementines), orange (one large orange)...

Pour water into the inner pot and place jars in the water. Please pay attention to the height of water, do
not let water contaminate the ingredients in jars.

Close the lid and plug in the appliance. Press power button to turn on the appliance. Select "Yogurt"
function, adjust the time and then press "Start/Stop" button to start working. It is suggested to use 8H for
heating.
5.
Take out the jars after finishing the cooking. Let the jars cool down and serve.
YOGURT WITH SYRUP
a)
1 litre cold milk
b)
1 plain yogurt or 1 packet starter culture

Fruit syrup (grenadine, orange, black currant, lemon, mandarin, strawberry, red currant, orgeat, raspberry,
wild strawberry, banana, blueberry, cherry ...) 5 tablespoons

Flower-based syrup (rose, violet, jasmine, sandalwood) 4 tablespoons

Mint syrup: 4 tablespoons

Pour the yogurt or content of the starter packet into a bowl. Add the syrup and slowly blend in the cold
milk, while continuing to beat the mixture with a whisk. Pour the mixture into prepared jars.

Pour water into the inner pot and place jars in the water. Please pay attention to the height of water, do
not let water contaminate the ingredients in jars.

Close the lid and plug in the appliance. Press power button to turn on the appliance. Select "Yogurt"
function, adjust the time and then press "Start/Stop" button to start working. It is suggested to use 8H for
