Spring pressure
Loosen the two nuts so that you could adjust the
spring tension force when the saw head is lifted.
Belt running
Loosen both adjacent Allen screws. (A) Adjust the
alignment with one screw. (B) Fixate the alignment
using both screws. (A)
Failure removal
Before eliminating any machine failure, turn the machine off and unplug it.
Failures
Machine without function
or suddenly stopping.
The machine will be stan-
ding during cutting.
After each failure removal, put all safety equipment into operation again and check the equipment!!!

Causes
• Power failure
• Defective engine or switch
• Check the microswitch
• The saw belt is blunt / worn out
• The circuit breaker has tripped
• Check the microswitch
V-belt alignment
1. Loosen the four screws.
2. Move the engine block so that the engine belt
pulley and the driving pulley were parallel to each
other and fixate them.
Removal
• Check the fuse, check the overload
protection on the machine.
• Have the engine or switch checked by
a professional electrician.
• Fit the cover so that the microswitch
is activated.
