Setting and adjustment
Adjust the 0 / 45° stop
Adjust the stop screw by a fork wrench so that 0/45° is
accurately displayed.
Metal brush and saw belt distance
1. Loosen the two Allen screws (A)
2. Move the metal brush until the saw blade slightly
touches it and fixate it.
Fine adjustment:
1. Loosen the nuts on the metal brush. (B)
2. Move the metal brush and fixate it.
Stop position
Unscrew or screw the stop using an Allen wrench. The
saw blade must not touch the table.

Adjust the belt guide rollers
1. Loosen the guide roller screws.
2. Adjust the guide rollers in a way the saw blade
slightly touches them and fixate them.
3. Adjust the distance to the workpiece
Replace the metal brush
1. Unscrew the nuts on the metal brush.
2. Replace the metal brush and fixate it.
Auto-Stop switches
Loosen the four Phillips head screws, move them until
the switch touches the saw and fixate them. Perform
a test run. The saw must automatically turn off when
it touches the stop.
