Ensure that there are no tools or other materials on
or in the machine before putting it into operation.

Remove possible sawdust blockages at the discharge.
•
Check the oil level before each use. Remove the plug
(Fig. 13; B) and check for horizontal machine that
the oil level is between the two marks. If necessary,
add oil.

Unplug the spark plug connector.

Wait until the device has come to a standstill and
let it cool down.

Move the rocker into the transport position and lock
the saw in this position using the locking lever.

Remove the hexagon nuts (A) on the return spring (B).

Remove the hexagon nut (C) on the rocker guide and
remove the guide from the threaded bolt.

Remove the safety chain (D) on one side. To this
end, unfasten the hexagon screw (1) or the hexagon
nut (2).

Unlock the locking lever and in this process, hold
the rocker tightly so that it cannot fall down and
the return spring cannot jump off in an uncontrolled
fashion.

Carefully tilt the rocker backwards and place onto
the floor.

Take the wrench to hold the flange in place, unfasten
the hexagon nut using the saw blade wrench and
remove the flange.
10 Carefully remove the saw blade. For this purpose,
wear protective gloves (caution, risk of injury)!
11 Before inserting the new saw blade, clean the flange
using a cloth or brush.
12 Replace the saw blade and the flange and retighten
the flange nut firmly.
13 Secure the rocker with the safety chain (D) and return
spring (B) and securely fasten the hexagon nuts again.
Also mount the hexagon nut (C) of the rocker guide.
14 Functional test of the rocker.
ATTENTION ! Observe the correct direction of rotation
when inserting the saw blade.
