3. It is recommended to place a thermal download valve (95ºC). The drain of this valve must be wide, in a visible place and
protected in order to avoid spillings. It is compulsory to avoid every kind of siphon in the pipes that go to the expansion vessel.
4. The tank load pressure must be the same than the one for filling the installation. The expansion tank volume must be
proportional to the installation water volume.
5. It is recommended to place in the installation a thermostat that stops the circulator when the water on the boiler is under 50ºC.
This will avoid condensations produced during the ignition of the thermo-stove.
6. When the installation requires it, use de-icing, anticorrosive and anti-crust additive substances.

• Connection to the heating circuit
The model is provided with two 1" fittings on the top. One of them will be used to connect the heating circuit exit (flow) (see drawing D33).
At the bottom, on the right and the left, you will find two other 1" fittings. One of them will be used to connect the heating circuit return (see
drawing D34).
Both fittings (left or right) can be used depending on the installation. The two others fittings which are not used (one on the top and another
one on the bottom) must be closed with their caps. Diagonal installation is recommended.
• Safety elements connection
There is a 1/2" fitting on the top in order to place the overpressure valve (3 bars) which is provided with the thermo-stove (see drawing D35).
On the left side you will find a 1/2" fitting in order to insert the temperature probe in the safety system and two
others fittings of 3/8" for the entry and exit of the serpentine of the safety system (see drawing D36).
