SPECIFICATIONS ACCORDING TO THE MODEL

2.1.1

MODELS HYDROBRONPI-E

• STANDARD FRAME
The four faces standard frame included in models of the Hydrobronpi-E and Hydrobronpi-E-Vision series is removable. To remove it is
necessary to unscrew the 4 screws of the frame (2 in the upper part and 2 in the lower part) (see drawing D15).
• ASH PAN
It is located on the bottom of the thermostove. It is necessary to open the door to remove it. Remove it out in order to empty the ashes (see
drawing D16).
WARNING!! Make sure that the ashes are not burning when you use the rake and the glove included in order to avoid
burns.
2.1.2 HYDRONIÁGARA
• TRAVEL
You can move the boiler in three different ways:
- With a wheelbarrow: swing it from the rear part and drop
it over its platform.
- With a forklift, leaving it over its platform. You can
introduce a bar through the holes of the smoke exit.
Thanks to this, the boiler will be suspended and it can
be placed on its platform (see drawing D17).
• THERMOSTATIC VALVE
It controls automatically the primary air intake depending on
the temperature established for the water.
This valve is not connected. To install it, follow the next steps:
- Screw the 3/4" weir adaptor on the top in the right position. It must be fixed facing
the rear of the boiler (see drawing D18).
- Remove the plastic tube used during to the transport and introduce the lever with
the chain on the hole for the side that is not perforated (see drawing D19).
- Tighten the screws in a way that the free part of the lever is over the primary air
intake and make sure that the lever is on the most possible horizontal position (all
the allowed by the hexagon) (see drawing D20). Attach the chain to the lever slot
with the big hook that is hanging on the chain. Pass the other end of the chain
through the still-point of the primary air intake trapdoor and set the free side of the
chain. Check that the chain and the lever can move freely when the control rotates
(see drawing D21).
- The reference scale will be the red one (see drawing D22).
Later you must regulate the valve. For this:
- Turn on the boiler with the air trapdoor open manually and guide the
regulator to 60ºC.
- When the temperature gets 60ºC leave establish the water temperature
some minutes and set the chain over the air intake trapdoor so that it is
open from 1 to 2 mm. Now the control is blocked and you can choose the
temperature by rotating the regulator. Be aware that there are other factors
that may vary the boiler temperature such as, for instance, the fuel quantity
and the ashes inside the boiler or the installation. The system should be
like the one in drawing D23.
