The models have some settings for a perfect combustion control:
Primary air intake
It controls the air that passes through the ash pan and the grate towards the fuel. The primary air is necessary for the combustion process.
The ash pan should be emptied frequently so that the ash does not block the primary air intake for the combustion. Also, the primary air
rekindles the fire.
-
The models of the Hydrobronpi-E and Hydrobronpi-E-Visión series have this air intake control on the frontal of the ash pan and its
movement goes from the left to the right (see drawing D2).
-
In the thermo-stove Hydronova-C the control is placed under the door and corresponds to the mechanism placed on the left. The
movement goes from inside to outside and vice versa. The movement to outside means a greater air entry (see drawing D3).
-
In the Hydroniágara model the primary air intake is placed on the rear bottom of the boiler (see drawing D4). The regulation of this
intake is controlled by the thermostatic valve included with the boiler (see drawing D5).
D2
This thermostatic valve has the following functions:
-
It controls automatically the primary air intake depending on the temperature of the water.
-
It controls the intensity of the flame depending on the boiler needs. It achieves a comfortable
ambient temperature and a decrease of the fuel consumption.
-
Regulation margin: 30-90ºC.
-
Maximum water temperature: 120ºC.
-
Maximum chain load: 100-800 gr.
Secondary air intake
The secondary air intake favours the carbon that was not burnt during the first combustion can suffer a
post-combustion. This increases the efficiency and assures that the glass keeps clean.
-
The model of the Hydrobronpi-E and Hydrobronpi-E-Visión series have this air intake control on the top of the door and its movement
goes from the left to the right. The higher air entry corresponds to the higher side of the triangle (see drawing D6).
-
In the thermo-stove Hydronova-C the control is placed under the door and corresponds to the mechanism placed on the right. The
movement goes from inside to outside and vice versa. The movement to outside means a greater air entry (see drawing D7).
-
In Hydroniágara model the secondary air intake is placed on the top of the door and the boiler's laterals (see drawing D8).
Double combustion
The model Hydronova-C includes a double combustion. With this system we
get a second preheated entry air inside the combustion chamber. This allows a
second combustion of the not burnt gases in the first combustion that achieves
a high performance efficiency, a great fuel saving and reductions in pollutant
emissions.
This intake control is placed under the door and corresponds to the
mechanism placed on the right. The movement goes from inside to outside
and vice versa. The movement to outside means a greater air entry (see
drawing D9). The air entry to the combustion chamber is made by the rear wall
and the baffle-plate (see drawing D10).
