• KIT-2. (see drawing D46). Interconnected module between installations with an open-close expansion vessel and a closed vessel
with electronic control included. It allows to manage the heat for domestic heating from two alternative sources of energy whose circuits are
hydraulically separated.
Operation:
The module allows to intercommunicate with the domestic heating by adding to the heat generated by a traditional gas boiler (or similar)
the heat produced by an alternative heating source. This is possible thanks to a thermal exchanger that allows to transfer the heat between
two circuits hydraulically separated, one of them with a closed vessel (boiler) and another one with an open vessel (alternative heat source,
usually a wood-burning thermo-stove). In order to make this the kit is provided with:
• A plates exchanger.
• Two pumps.
• A diverter valve.
• An electronic control

For the proper operation of the KIT-2, it needs a water temperature control system for the alternative heating source (wood-burning thermo-
stove) in order to activate the module when it gets the temperature required.
