"RANGE"
A fter selecting the function and confirming with a brief push of the control lever, you can select
the image area to be covered.
M ove the corner with the control lever (move it up, down, left or right), and confirm your setting
by briefly pushing the control lever.
In image area 1, every corner can be placed separately; image areas 2, 3 and 4 are placed as a
rectangle.
j) Submenu "HLC"
Permanently bright image areas may "burn in" even on modern flat screens if shown for a very long time.
Therefore, you can choose if such bright image areas (e.g. when the surveillance camera is pointed at bright lamps or
against the sun) should be concealed here.
When using plasma screens or old tube monitors, this process often takes only a few months. If you use one
of these screens, you should always activate this setting!
"MODE"
When choosing "ON", too-bright image areas are automatically masked/covered.
"BLACKNESS"
Here, you can set the colour in which the too-bright image area is masked/covered (light grey.....
black).
