Float switch positions (pic. B + C)
The pump switch-on or switch-off point can be adjusted by
various positions of the float switch. In pic. B you can see
the float cable without any fixation change with the full
switching radius. Number 1 means the operating position
and number 0 is the switch-off position.
Due to the float cable fixation on the pump handle, the
switching radius can be reduced when there is a lack of space
or when the level is regulated adequately. Number 1 in pic. C
also means the operating position and number 0 is the switch-
off position.
Continuous operation:
The float can also be hung on the pump from side; in that
position (float cable pointing down) the pump runs in
continuous operation.
Important:
It is necessary to avoid running without fills during continuous
operation!
Important: If the pump has not been in operation for a
long time, it is necessary to drain the pump pipe and
body. Protect the pump against the risk of frost. The
pump may only be stored when fully drained.
