Note: Any rotation of the measurement switch cancels the MIN/MAX (RECORD),
SMOOTH, HOLD, RANGE, COUNT and LO AL and HI AL alarm functions.

MIN/MAX RECORDING

This function is only accessible during measurement, the PRGM symbol not being
visible on the display.
The recording function allows the memorisation of the minimum and maximum
values of the measurements.
One press on sets the instrument on record mode. The RECORD and
MIN MAX
symbols appear on the display. The instrument is set on permanent operation
mode.
MIN value
Initially, the memorised value is OL (OVERLOAD). When is pressed
MIN MAX
the displayed value is memorised in the MIN register. Each time that a measurement
is less than that contained in the register, it is transferred to the MIN register and
a 1 kHz beep is emitted.
MAX value
The memorised value at the start is zero. A measurement value higher than that
contained in the register updates it.
Each time the contents of the MAX memory is modified, a 2 kHz beep is emitted.
Reading the MIN/MAX memory
The display of the values contained in the MIN and MAX registers is done by
pressing repeatedly.
MIN MAX
The circular display indicates successively the MAX value, the MIN value and the
current measurement value.
During the reading, the memory continues to record any min and max values whilst
the bargraph indicates the instantaneous measurement.
