25.Warrantee
Warrantee Card
Among the documents that are part of the electric
tool you will find the guarantee card. You must
completely fill-in the warrantee card attaching
thereto a copy of the purchase ticket or invoice, and
return it to your retailer in exchange for the
appropriate acknowledgement of receipt.
¡Notice!: Is this card is missing, immediate ask your
retailer for it.
Warrantee conditions
As this is professional equipment, the warrantee
period is one year as of the purchase date.
The warrantee lapses immediately if the Customer
Service Department of the Central Offices does not
have the warrantee card within one month of the
purchase date.
The warrantee lapses as well when the machine
has been used in an inappropriate manner or using
accessories which are unsuitable for the uses
foreseen by the manufacturer.
The warrantee is limited solely to manufacturing or
machining defects and lapses when the parts have
been dismounted, manipulated or repaired out of
the fabric.
STAYER only obliges itself to repair or replace the
product or parts thereof that are faulty free-of-
charge, after examination to the exclusive criterion
of its technicians.
All costs for transport and disassembly shall be
considered to be at the purchaser's expense.
To facilitate the work of the technicians, you are
asked to attach of the defects that the customer has
noticed regarding the tool when using it.
