Slowly pull the locking/filling lever up
to the upper stop to prevent the for-
mation of air bubbles.
Small air bubble near the piston can be
ignored since a locking mechanism pre-
vents the residual volume from being
dispensed inadvertently after the final
dispensing step.
The first dispensing step must be dis-
carded!
a.
Check the volume setting once again.
(Compare with the settings in the vol-
ume table!)
b.
Wipe off any liquid sticking to the
head of the PD-Tip with a lint-free
pulp cloth.
c.
Place the head of the PD-Tip against
the vessel wall.
d.
Dispense the liquid by pressing down
the dispensing lever completely, then
let it slide back up again.
