ADVANCED MANUAL SETTINGS. M60.25/M60.25T/MIG250M/
MIG250T (Fig.7 y 8):
Added to the basic mode:
You may select the 4T mode (button No. 20 M60.25 and 34
MIG250) to avoid having to keep the trigger of the torch always
pushed and to adjust parameters, ramps and the completion
crater.
Adjustable parameters M60.25:
They are achieved with group No. 17: the 4 buttons of the first
row. The two first ones (parameter select) are used to select
on screen the parameter to be adjusted and the two last ones
(parameter adjust) to select the value.

SYNERGIC MODE:
1. Push button No. 20 'Manual/Synergic' such that 'SYN' appears
on the screen.
2. Select, with button No. 18, the type of wire which will be used
for welding. Options:
a. solid carbon steel.
b. hollow carbon steel (flux core).
c. stainless steel.
3. Push wire diameter selection button No. 19 in accordance with
the bobbin as installed.
4. Push 2T/4T button No. 21in accordance with your working
preferences.
5. Adjust voltage and wire in accordance with your work decision
(short, globular, spray).
SYNERGIC AND PULSED MODE:
Point or pulsed handling may be added to the synergic mode.
Depending on the work, you may modify all original base general
and pulse values. Use parameter selection and parameter
setting buttons if you wish to make any change.

4.3.3.3 Models M60.35/MIG350T, M60.50/MIG500T,
M60.25T and M60.25M.
STEP 1: SET MACHINE FOR WELDING WITH WIRE
STANDARD MIG: Push button No. 22 until the light indicating
'MIG' glows.
PULSED MIG: Push button No. 22 until the light indicating 'MIG'
flashes intermittently.
STEP 2: SELECT SYNERGIC MODE
Push button No. 20 until the green light of option 'SYNERGIC
CONTROL" lights up.
STEP 3: SELECT WIRE TYPE TO BE USED
Push button No. 18 until selecting the kind of wire that you are
going to select:
1. CARBON STEEL (SOLID): For solid steel wire.
2. CARBON STEEL (FLUX): For hollow steel wire (flux core).
Equipment will change polarity automatically.
3. STAINLESS STEEL: For solid stainless steel wire.
4. ALLOY/ALUMINIUM: For solid wire of non-ferrous materials.
STEP 4: SELECT DIAMETER OF WIRE TO BE USED
Push button No. 19 until selecting the diameter of the wire that
you will use. The wire range varies between 0.6 mm and 1.6 mm,
depending on the model.
IMPORTANT: In special cases it is recommended to set the wire
diameter to a value that is lower or higher than the real diameter
of the wire to achieve more or less speed.
STEP 5: SELECT USE MODE OF THE TORCH TRIGGER
Push button No. 21 to select the two-cycle working mode marked
'OFF' or the four-cycle working mode indicated 'OFF'.
WELDING OPERATION WITH WELDING WIRE (MIG/MAG)
Before starting to weld, the machine must be put into service
and its parameters must be programmed in either synergic mode
or manual mode. Correct regulation of the machine will depend
on the work to be performed and shall take into account the
requirements of:
• Tension.
• Wire feed speed.
• Visible length of the wire between the contact tip and the weld
puddle.
• Torch moving speed.
• Polarity.
• Torch inclination angle.
• Shielding gas: kind and flow volume.
PROGRAMMING THE MANUAL USE MODE
The majority of the cases of use of the machine are covered by
the synergic mode which covers the settings of the machine in a
way that is easy for the user. By the manual mode you may set
many working parameters in detail. Due to the freedom to adjust,
there may occur erroneous settings that may cause the machine
not to operate correctly.
