Operation
Initial Operation
 Observe the mains voltage! The voltage of the power
source must correspond with the data on the type plate of
the battery charger.
Charging Procedure
Note: The charging procedure is only possible when the battery
temperature is within the allowable charging temperature
range, see Section "Technical Data".
– Insert the appropriate mains plug 68 for your mains supply
into the battery charger 31 and allow it to engage.
The charge procedure begins as soon as the mains plug of the
battery charger is plugged into the socket outlet and the charge
connector 32 is plugged into the battery pack.
The charge procedure is not automatically ended. Therefore,
disconnect the battery charger from the mains supply after
charging.
When not using the battery charger, disconnect it from the
mains supply in order to save energy.
Working Advice
With continuous or several repetitive charging cycles without
interruption, the charger can warm up. This is not meaningful
and does not indicate a technical defect of the battery charger.
A considerably reduced operating period after charging indi-
cates that the battery pack is used up and must be replaced.

clude the 10-digit article number on the type plate of the bat-
