7. The milk froth dispenser will not stop
immediately. A small amount will con-
tinue to flow after the pump has been
deactivated. Allow the frothed milk to
sit for approximately 1 minute so that
the milk froth can settle.
8. If you don't intend on using the milk
frother again right away, perform
express cleaning as described on
page 22.
The frothed milk reaches a temperature
of no more than 60 °C. As is generally
known, milk froth forms larger bubbles
and doesn't last as long at higher tempe-
ratures.
For this reason, reduce the beverage
temperature accordingly for the mixed
beverages described on the following
pages, particularly when larger quantities
of milk are needed e. g. for latte macchi-
ato.
