4. After cleaning, put the sieve insert
back into the dispensing unit.

the machine and apply pressure until
it locks into place.
Professional milk frother
Clean the milk frother regularly after eve-
ry use as described on page 22. Only in
this way, will you be able to make perfect
milk froth with ease.

Steam nozzle

Clean the steam nozzle if you froth milk
regularly. Do so as soon as you notice
that less steam is available.
Screw the red steam nozzle (25) out of
the steam dispenser (24). If necessary,
use the Allen key (31) in the sieve insert
(30) for this.
Check whether the nozzle hole is free. If
necessary, immerse the steam nozzle in a
decalcifier solution for approximately 30
minutes.
Start a rinse cycle as described on
25, but without the steam nozzle.
Risk of scalding due to hot
steam!
• During operation, do not reach under
the steam dispenser.
• Turn off the machine and let it cool off
for 5 minutes before you continue.
After the machine has cooled off, screw
the steam nozzle firmly back into the
steam dispenser.
